PrimeChoice Packaging will always strive to provide our customers
with the best possible shipping rates. All orders not qualifying for free
shipping will be shipped prepaid via best way and charges invoiced to the
customer. We will use the most economical method to ship the merchandise and
use UPS whenever possible. Orders exceeding the UPS weight or size limits will
ship via Common Carrier.
Samples of most items will
be available at the customer's request.
Although PrimeChoice Packaging takes great care to insure that all
shipments are protected, damage in transit may still occur. To receive credit
for a damaged product, the damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time
of delivery and reviewed by the freight carrier. All claims for damaged goods
must be made within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

Items are subject to a 15% re-stocking
fee and must be returned in their correct quantities and in condition suitable
for resale within 30 days of purchase for credit to be issued. Customers are
also responsible for freight charges on all cancelled orders.
PrimeChoice Packaging strives to maintain pricing
but outside influences may create the need for price changes. Therefore, we
reserve the right to increase prices without notice.
For free delivery within 75 miles, a minimum order quantity of
$500 is required. There is no minimum dollar amount for orders outside the 75
mile free delivery zone. The only minimum amount will be the amount of the
sellable unit. (Bundle, case, etc.)
